You've been given the answer several times in this thread.Ghost is a disk cloning, backup, and restore program. It either creates a logical duplicate of the target partition, or restores it from an appropriate image format.The.ISO file that you have is in the format of an installer, not an existing installation. You could run it, clone the resulting installation, and then restore that, but you cannot do that to the installer directly.
