Hello Landell;The motor doesn't know which direction to turn just sits and overheats. I'm assuming the capacitor is blown open. There is a part on the motor that has two different sized connectors (polarity sensitive) which tests as Open Line. It seems the only way to replace the capacitor is to buy the complete motor assembly (part 28).

The motor should have 5 wires, yellow (M1), black (M2), grey (M4), white (M5), and green (ground). There is no external capacitor so you do have to purchase the motor (part 28) if there is something wrong internally. I am including a wiring diagram and the tech sheet in the images below.
